Assessment Forms for Faculty and Cooperating Teachers

All relevant Teaching Performance And Dispositions Assessments are available in Watermark.
Additionally, cooperating teachers will receive assessment information and instructions from the STEP Office as needed mid-way through the semester.  Supervisors will receive this information from their departments.
