About the Presenter:
Dr. Sarah McElroy currently serves as the Director of Career & Leadership Development at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, New Jersey. Sarah is a proud alumna of The College of New Jersey, having graduated with her Bachelors of Psychology in 2007 and her Masters in Counseling in 2009. Sarah recently earned her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Rowan University in 2019. Sarah teaches as an adjunct instructor within the Counseling Department at TCNJ and also teaches the First Year Seminar at Brookdale Community College. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor focused on career decision-making self-efficacy, career exploration, workforce development, and leadership development.

About the Presenter:
Jennifer Braverman is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Counselor Education at The College of New Jersey. She received her Master of Arts in Counselor Education from TCNJ in 2004. Jennifer is also an Elementary School Counselor in Hamilton, NJ and focuses her work on the academic, social, and emotional development of students. Jennifer is the proud parent of two children, ages 8 and 12.
